Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and lead teams of dedicated hospitality professionals who are passionate about their craft.
- Engage in the recruiting process, including interviewing, screening, and onboarding new talent.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Network within the hospitality and hotel industry to unlock new business opportunities and talent referrals.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients and associates, providing ongoing support both in the field and remotely.
Success in This Role Requires:
- Customer Driven Attitude
- Ongoing development of hospitality associates through coaching and open communication.
- Ability to adapt to evolving industry trends and market conditions.
- Clear and effective communication of account details and order specifications to team members.
- Collaboration with your Market Manager, Regional Director, and team to achieve shared goals.
- Process Driven and detail oriented.
Qualifications:
- Will train recent college graduates who have hospitality experience.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and travel as needed.
- Proven experience in the Hospitality or Food & Beverage sectors.
- Strong capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Reliable transportation for client and associate engagements.
- Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, customer service or sales is highly desirable.
- A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional customer service!
