Century funds acquisitions, refinancings, new construction and substantial rehabilitation of skilled nursing facilities, adult homes, enriched housing projects, assisted living facilities, senior housing, behavioral healthcare, hospitals and other multifamily projects, including market rate apartments and affordable housing.
