Saratoga Federal Celebrates 80 Years of Service with New Headquarters

Saratoga Springs, NY – Saratoga Federal, a pillar of the community for nearly 80 years, is excited to announce the relocation of its headquarters to a new, state-of-the-art facility at 189 Ballston Avenue, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866. This move reflects the credit union’s commitment to providing enhanced services and support to its members while continuing to foster community growth.

Since its founding in 1945, Saratoga Federal has been dedicated to delivering personalized financial solutions to its members. The new headquarters will feature modern amenities designed to improve member experience, including expanded service areas, innovative technology, and community meeting spaces.

"Our new location will allow us to better serve our members and the community, providing a welcoming environment that encourages collaboration and financial education.  Parking downtown is a growing concern for our members.  We are pleased to offer 40+ dedicated parking spots, expanded hours and a drive-thru at the new location." 

The new office space is less than 1 mile from the current office, conveniently located in Saratoga Plaza, opposite of Price Chopper/Market 32.  The credit union is renovating the end unit that was previously the home of Bank of America.

The downtown Saratoga Springs branch at 23 Division Street, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866, which has served as the credit union's home for many years, will be put up for sale to support the transition.  The Ballston Spa branch office at 444 Geyser Road, Ballston Spa, NY 12020 will remain open and ready to serve the community.
The relocation, along with a grand opening celebration, will be planned for early 2025, inviting members and community members to tour the new facility, meet the team, and learn about upcoming programs and services.
