We are two blocks down Washington St. from The Adelphi Hotel. Walkable from Broadway and if driving, we also have a parking lot next to the building. When facing the building, the lot is on the right.

About Us

First Fill Spirits is a boutique whiskey and spirits shop located in Downtown Saratoga Springs, NY.

This is not your everyday liquor store, First Fill Spirits is focused on bringing Saratoga a curated selection of whiskey from around the world. Everything from Bourbon, Rye, Single Malt Scotch, Japanese, Irish, and global whiskey from countries you never even knew made whiskey! We also have a focus on purchasing single barrels of whiskey exclusively for the shop, so you will find whiskey here that doesn't exist anywhere else.

Holly and Charles, the owners, have traveled the world studying and visiting distilleries and of course, tasting along the way as well. If you're a seasoned whiskey drinker or just interested in learning more, this is the place for you. Our motto is Curate, Learn, Explore.
